Here are all the forms you are likely to need.

Party Packet

Parties of 16 or more people require advanced booking. The club can parties totalling 80 people. This could be comprised of one 80-member party, two 40-member parties, or any other combination of parties totaling 80 people. Parties of 40 or more people must use the back area of the club. Parties of 16 to 39 people can use the front area of the club. These parties can use at most two picnic tables under the pavilion with the rest of the party being on picnic tables outside the pavilion.

Please fill out the following form and submit it to the manager at the club. The manager will be able to confirm that there is room available for a party of the size that you requested on the date that you want and if there isn't room then he will be able to propose alternate dates. The reservation is not confirmed until the club manager accepts it.

There are three reasons for this policy. The first is that our normal staffing plans assume that only the usual number of members will be visiting the pool on any given day. This helps keep our costs down because we schedule our staffing according to the number of people we expect. If a large party appears unannounced, we could be understaffed -- especially with life guards. The second reason is that there is a limit to the number of people that the club can accommodate at one time. Finally, we want to ensure that the parties do not unduly impact the other dues-paying members that simply came out that day to enjoy the club. We ask for the guest names in advance so that we don't have the problem of having to admit some random person walking in to the club who claims to be a member of some party.

Membership Update Form   We ask that all members fill out this form and send it in with your dues. The purpose is to ensure that our records are correct and also to know who to contact in the event of an emergency. This information is confidential to the club.
