Newburgh Swim Club

If you enjoy swimming with the Newburgh Sharks during the summer, you may want to think about swimming year-round. There are a number of swim teams in the area that offer a variety of options to swimmers. YMCA teams provide a good starting environment, and are involved in both dual meets and larger multi-club meets, with end-of-season state and zone meets. US Swimming (USS) teams provide additional competitive options, with multi-club meets and end-of-season state and zone meets. Some teams are involved in both Y and USS programs. Many of the Sharks (and coaches) swim on these teams, so ask around and get first-hand information to help you make your decision.
