The summer heat is officially here, and it’s been wonderful seeing so many families enjoying the pool and sunshine! As we dive into the heart of the season, we’d like to share a few friendly reminders to help keep the club safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone.
Pool Rules & Etiquette:
Goggles: For safety reasons, scuba-style goggles that cover the nose are not permitted.
Guest Policy: Please make sure your guests are aware of and follow all club rules. Members are responsible for their guests’ behavior while on the property.
Food & Drink: Only clear bottled water is allowed on the pool deck. If you are using a refillable container, please ensure it contains only water. Let’s not abuse this privilege—your cooperation helps us maintain this exception.
Coolers: Coolers are not allowed on the pool deck but may be kept near your table or seating area.
Safety First: No running on the pool deck and no diving in the shallow end—these rules are in place to help prevent injuries.
Cleanliness: Please clean up after yourself and brush the grills after use so they’re ready for the next family.
Sand & Foot Wash Stations:
We’ve installed functioning foot wash stations on the south side of the pool near the baby pool entrance. We kindly ask that all children rinse off sand before entering either the baby pool or the main pool. This helps us keep the water clean and enjoyable for everyone.
We are all owners of this club, and it’s up to each of us to do our part in following and reinforcing the rules. When everyone does their part, we help make Newburgh a safer, cleaner, and more welcoming place for all families to enjoy.
