Please fill out and return this form along with a $50.00 check to be placed on our waiting list for a standard membership. A standard membership is not to exceed two (2) heads of household residing at the same address and their dependent, unmarried children under the age of 25 as of May 31st, also residing at the same address. (We may request picture ID with a future membership offer.) Please refer to the website NewburghSwimClub.com for more information about the club bylaws and to view the most current waiting list.

Upon receipt of your application, your name will be placed on a waiting list. Membership offers are sent via email, at various times throughout the year, when a membership becomes available.You will have one (1) week to respond. If you do not respond within one week, your name will be removed from the list. It is your responsibility to notify the club of any changes in address, telephone, or e-mail address. The waiting list is posted at the clubhouse from Memorial Day to Labor Day and on the website throughout the year.

• Membership Bond – $400.00 (Refundable when your membership is sold)
• Transfer Fee – $25.00 (Non-Refundable)

Club Dues

Paid at the time of initial membership payment for the next season, and then annually in March at the beginning of each new season:

• Membership Dues – $565.00
• Capital Improvement Fee – $125.00
• Seasonal Maintenance Fee – $60.00

Total: $750.00
