Open to swim club members aged 5-18, the Sharks practice and compete throughout the summer against other local teams, including Burton Hollow, Fairway Farms, Colony, and Northville Swim Clubs. Whether you're new to competitive swimming or a seasoned pro, the Sharks are a fantastic way to improve your skills, make friends, and enjoy an active summer.

Swimmers may compete in an older age group if determined by the coaches but never in a younger age group.
The home team swims in lanes 1, 3, and 5, while the visiting team swims in lanes 2, 4, and 6.
Event sheets with swimmer names are posted on the Sharks bulletin board at home meets and on portable boards or fencing at away meets. Swimmers are encouraged to write their events on the back of their hand to avoid missing their races.
Swim meets take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays during June and July.
Each event includes a ‘points’ heat that contributes to the team score and may have additional exhibition heats. The number of exhibition heats is limited to help conclude the meet at a reasonable time.
Swimmers must check in with a coach between 4:45 and 5:15 PM. If a swimmer does not check in by 5:20 PM or has not informed a coach of their late arrival, they will be scratched from the meet lineup.
Swimmers should arrive by 5:00 PM for warm-ups. Meets officially start at 6:00 PM.
Swimmers participate in two to three events, as determined by the coaches.
A swimmer’s age as of May 31 determines their age group for the season.
